Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Memory Arcade (the “App”), provided by They Live Here (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Entertainment service
Memory Arcade is an entertainment experience centered on nostalgia, community reactions, and games. Community percentages and other results are informal and may change as people participate. They are not scientific measurements or professional advice.
Guest use and optional accounts
You may use core features without an account. Optional account synchronization may require Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple account used to sign in and for activity conducted through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the App or its services, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, manipulate community results, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use the App in violation of law or another person’s rights.
Content and intellectual property
The App’s software, design, original text, artwork, branding, and other original materials are owned by They Live Here or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. References to third-party products, services, and cultural material are descriptive and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
External links
The App may open third-party websites, including Amazon product searches. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s terms.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and offline or network conditions may limit community features.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, They Live Here will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete a synchronized account from the Account screen. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Apple terms
If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store, Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your App Store download and may enforce those provisions.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to apps@theylivehere.com.
